Where we ship: Continental U.S. for smaller items marked Shippable. Big/Heavy items are Local Pickup Only.

Processing time: Orders ship in 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking.

Rates: Calculated at checkout by weight/distance.

Packaging: Items may ship in original retail packaging or a plain box with protective materials.

Returns & All‑Sales‑Final Policy (AS‑IS)

All items are sold AS‑IS. All sales are final. Manufacturer warranties typically do not apply to liquidation/overstock/returns.

Exceptions (shipped items only):

  • If we ship the wrong item or the item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll assist with a carrier claim and, if approved, refund or replace (if another unit is available).

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, fit, or minor cosmetic issues disclosed on the product page.

Local pickup items:

  • Please inspect at pickup. Once the item leaves our location, the sale is final.

Holds: Paid orders may be held for 30 days. After 30 days, uncollected orders may be canceled and refunded to store credit or resold.

Exclusions: Consumables, personal care items, cut/installed items, and “AS‑IS” items (all items are AS‑IS) are final sale.
